Ginger Beef & Broccoli Recipe

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED

 

.5kg Beef

Broccoli

1 tablespoon City Eats Meat seasoning

1 tablespoon City Eats All Purpose seasoning

2 tablespoon Worcester sauce

1 tablespoon Ketchup

2 tablespoons Honey

Ginger

Garlic

2 stalks Green Onion

1 Hot Pepper (OPTIONAL)

Cornstarch

 

Sauce Recipe

Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch in 150ml water. Add Worcester sauce, Honey,  & Ketchup. Mix to combine.

 

Step 1

Season Beef with Meat & All Purpose seasonings.

 

Step 2

Heat pot with Oil and add in Beef on medium heat. Stir fry until cooked and Beef is brown in appearance.

 

Step 3

Finely mince Garlic, Onions and Ginger.  Steam Broccoli and cut into florets.

 

Step 4

Remove Beef from the Pot, add Onions, then Garlic, Pepper & Ginger & stir fry. Then add sauce in pot and allow sauce to thicken on low to medium heat.

 

Step 5

Add in Beef & Broccoli and green Onions, cut in thirds, then add sauce in pot and fold in to combine. Allow sauce to thicken on low to medium heat gentle. Allow to cook for 5 minutes. Serve over Rice and enjoy!
